Axes Health was founded in 2019 by Katrien Van Geyt.
Before, she gained more than twenty years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
With her background as a pharmacist, she has always been passionated about the development of innovative medicines.
The creation of Axes Health is the result of her dedication to patient access.
Our Team
Katrien Van Geyt
Managing Partner & Owner
Katrien is a pharmacist by training with a proven track record in the Life Sciences industry of over 25 years. After successful launches at Pfizer and Genzyme (Orphan Drug Portfolio) in different sales and marketing positions, her passion has been in Patient access for the last 10+ years. She worked in the market access department at Bayer Healthcare and led the patient access team at Takeda.
Katrien started Axes Health in 2019.
Roosmarijn De Cock
Patient Access Partner
Roosmarijn is a pharmacist by training who obtained her PhD in pharmacology at Leiden University.
She worked at Bayer Healthcare, where she was responsible for early patient access options and the preparation and execution of the pricing and reimbursement files.
Roosmarijn started working at Axes Health in 2020.
An-Katrien Minnaert
Patient Access Associate
An-Katrien is a pharmacist by training and obtained her PhD on Ocular Drug Delivery & Nanomedicines at Ghent University, Belgium. During her PhD, she had a strong passion for science communication in order to explain her research to the broader public. She integrates this passion into her work at Axes Health.
An-Katrien started working at Axes Health in 2022.
Glen Vandyck
Patient Access Associate
Glen graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven, obtaining a Master’s degree in Drug Development. He wrote a Masters’ thesis on improving patient access to CAR-T cell therapy in Belgium during a one-year internship at Gilead Sciences. His passion for market access, motivates him to collaborate on fast and sustainable patient access to therapies.
Glen started working at Axes
Health in 2024.
