Katrien is more than just the Managing Partner & Owner of Axes Health, she’s the driving force behind our mission. With over 25 years in the Life Sciences industry, Katrien’s passion for orphan drugs has been the driving force behind her career, since her early days at Pfizer and Genzyme. Katrien further developed her market access expertise at Bayer Healthcare and Takeda, where she gained invaluable experience in navigating complex healthcare ecosystems. Since founding Axes Health in 2019, she’s been committed to ensuring that patients, especially the vulnerable ones with rare diseases, receive the treatment they need without delay.

Roosmarijn De Cock

Most people know her as Roos, and she has a true advocate for the power of real-world data. With a PhD in Pharmacology and hands-on experience at Bayer Healthcare, she’s not just setting up early access programs—she’s redefining them. Her insights are key to navigating the complex world of pricing and reimbursement. Since 2020, she’s been a cornerstone of our team, ensuring that our strategies are as effective as they are innovative.

Ann Katrien Minaert

Science communication is more than just a skill for An-Katrien; it’s a passion. With a PhD in Ocular Drug Delivery & Nanomedicines, An-Katrien has a natural talent for simplifying complex therapeutic concepts. She’s been with us since 2022, performing in-depth analyses of several therapeutic domains and helping us to deliver strategic pricing and reimbursement advice that’s both clear and actionable. Her work ensures our strategies align with the specific needs of the local market.

Alessandra brings fresh energy to our team, driven by her passion for healthcare and her commitment to helping patients. She holds a Master’s degree in Drug Development from Ghent University and a Master in Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Management from EADA Business School in Barcelona. Fascinated by market access, pricing strategies, and drug reimbursement systems, Alessandra joined Axes Health in 2024. Her expertise and enthusiasm make her a valuable asset to the team.

Asmae brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and policy insight to our team, holding degrees in Pharmacy and Health Economics, Policy and Law. Her experience in the healthcare sector equips her to support various patient access initiatives across the BeNeLux region. Asmae contributes to early access program development, pricing and reimbursement dossier preparation, budget impact analyses, and the design of real-world evidence plans. Her analytical approach and dedication make her a valuable asset to Axes Health. Asmae joined Axes Health in May 2025.

Erinn Dhulster
Patient Access Associate
Erinn brings a unique combination of scientific curiosity and analytical thinking to the Axes Health team. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, a Master in Healthcare Management and Policy, and a PhD in Biomedical Sciences. During her doctoral research, she focused on the evaluation of healthcare interventions from a health technology assessment perspective, developing strong expertise in health economics, real-world data, and patient-reported outcomes. At Axes Health, Erinn supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies in navigating the complexities of patient access. She contributes to pricing and reimbursement dossiers, budget impact analyses, and evidence strategies, with a particular interest in how evidence can support better access to innovative treatments. Known for her analytical mindset, Erinn enjoys translating complex data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making. She joined Axes Health in 2026.
